3. Hygiene & Return Policy
To maintain strict sanitary standards, our return policy is as follows:
Sanitary Seal: Pimple patches and tongue scrapers can only be returned if the original vacuum seal and packaging remain unopened and intact.
Used Items: Once a product package is opened, it is considered used and is ineligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations.
Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via Email within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimates: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. LUMADEN is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
Risk of Loss: Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, the risk of loss or theft passes to you. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
