All orders are processed within 24β48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
2. Delivery Estimates (South Africa)
We strive for fast turnaround times to get your self-care essentials to your door:
Standard Delivery: Usually takes 48 hours (2 business days) within South Africa.
General Range: Estimated delivery time is 2β14 business days, depending on your specific location.
Rare Exceptions: In rare cases or during peak periods, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
4. Shipping Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. LUMADEN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Once the package is in the possession of the courier, the risk of delay passes to the carrier.
